Massage Studio BaanNuad
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, services, and offers of the massage studio BaanNuad (hereinafter referred to as “BaanNuad”), in particular to massage services and the purchase and redemption of vouchers, regardless of whether these were purchased digitally or physically.
2. Services
BaanNuad offers massages and related services. Payment for massage services is made exclusively on site immediately after the massage, unless otherwise expressly agreed. The prices valid at the time of service provision apply.
3. Gift certificates – General provisions
BaanNuad offers gift certificates that can be for a specific amount in euros or specify a specific type of massage. Gift certificates are not personal and can be transferred to third parties, unless otherwise expressly stated. Gift certificates or remaining balances cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Vouchers from January 1, 2026 (after business takeover)
Following the business takeover on January 1, 2026, only value-based vouchers in euros will be issued. These vouchers can be redeemed for all BaanNuad services. If the voucher value is not redeemed in full, the remaining amount will be retained and can be used on subsequent visits. The vouchers are valid for three (3) years. The validity period begins on December 31 of the year in which the voucher was purchased. Redemption is not possible after the expiry date.
5. Vouchers issued before January 1, 2026 (old vouchers)
Vouchers issued before January 1, 2026 are valid for a specific type of massage. These vouchers entitle the holder to receive only the massage specified on the voucher. These vouchers are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. These vouchers cannot be extended or converted into gift certificates. Once the validity period has expired, the vouchers can no longer be redeemed.
6. Digital vouchers
Digital vouchers can be purchased via the online channels offered by BaanNuad. Once payment has been successfully received, the digital voucher will be sent by email to the email address provided by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for providing a correct email address. BaanNuad accepts no liability for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.
7. Physical vouchers
Physical vouchers can be purchased directly on site at the massage studio. Upon handover of the voucher, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the buyer. No replacement will be provided in the event of loss, theft, or damage.
8. Appointment scheduling and cancellation
Appointments can be made in person on site, by phone, by email, or online via the website
baannuadbe.simplybook.it.
Online appointments are booked via an external booking system. The booking conditions specified there also apply.
If you are unable to attend an agreed appointment, please cancel in good time.
BaanNuad reserves the right to make further provisions regarding cancellations or cancellation fees, which may be announced separately.
9. Liability
BaanNuad is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
10. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed exclusively in accordance with the statutory data protection provisions. Details can be found in the currently valid data protection declaration of BaanNuad.
11. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Changes or additions to these terms and condition must be made in writing.
